All-N-1 Services, a Class A General Contractor, has been in business since 2006 and has helped over 1,000 families make their homes a more comfortable and enjoyable place to be. We specialize in doing the right thing and doing our best to satisfied all of our customers. We warranty all of our jobs and vet all of our employees and subcontractors. We carry all required insurances and our employees are covered by workers’ compensation insurance.
All our jobs are managed or performed by All-N-1 employees.
Since 2016 All-N-1 Services has sponsored the Pay It Forward Scholarship at Thomas Dale High School. We see it as our civic duty to help our youth and set a good example for them to give back when they are in such a position in the future.
The owner of All-N-1 Services, Mark Waitkus, is a lifelong resident of Chester, VA, and holds a BS from The College of William & Mary. With almost 20 years of construction and facilities experience, there is little that he can’t get done for his customers.
